Currently Under Construction–

The Grand Junction Apartment building in Starkville is designed to mimic a historic brick warehouse.  This project will be built in three phases with a total of 50 living units.  

 

At the ground level there will be a pedestrian entrance with lobby café facing the street.  On the basement level facing the rear, there is a grand entrance lobby with a fitness center for resident use. 

 

Each unit will have a private balcony with sliding glass doors and 10’ or 12’ ceilings, along with custom kitchens and high end finishes.
