The Architectural Studio was selected to design a replacement for the damaged Group Camp located in Bayou Segnette State Park in Westwego, Louisiana.  This project replaced several existing facilities and put them all under one roof.  This facility is capable of housing larger groups and is set up to sleep and feed up to 80 people at one time.  This facility has a full commercial kitchen located in the facility so that meals can be prepared on site.  Although this project is located outside of the flood wall, this structure is elevated several feet and is constructed of materials to resist the Formosan termites which have destroyed several structures within the park.
