Nestled within Denham Springs, Louisiana, this new senior living community provides comfort, convenience, and high-style minutes from Juban Crossing.  This inviting three-story haven offers a total of 120 thoughtfully designed one and two-bedroom units with two elevators and extra accessibility features for a seamless aging-in-place experience.

More than 12,000 square feet of community space includes a hotel-like lobby with resident bar, leasing office, fitness center with yoga room, movie and gameroom, arts and crafts center with a coffee lounge and library among other amenities tailored for the target residents.  A community kitchen and dining area open onto the covered porch and pool in the central courtyard. The building and interiors are designed to make residents feel at home and comfortable while also giving them a feeling of luxury and sophistications in a space they can call their own. 

This facility was targeted to fill a void in a housing market devastated by the 2016 flood in Denham Springs. A large chunk of available and affordable housing was wiped out leaving a great need for an increasing number of seniors on a fixed income.  So, the facility offers varying rent levels based on income to meet those needs.  It was also designed with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind and has received Bronze Certification from the National Green Building Standard.
